RENTAL RULES:

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Nykole Studios does NOT include a photographer, only the space to create. Please plan accordingly.

​

• 18+ or accompanied by an adult.

• All props and equipment are all accounted for, anything taken would be considered theft. No excessively loud music.

• Music and voices are to be kept at a reasonable level or offensive lyrics or words. We have neighbors. 

• No vaping or smoking allowed in the building. Failure to comply will result in a $200 fine and possible future ban from the studio. Outside smoking must be limited to the parking lot.

• 5-minute grace period before and after rental for set up and breakdown anything after that will result in a late fee. 

• If you are late the rental end time will remain the same. The clock starts at your appointed time not when you arrive. Please talk with the owner if you need to pay for additional time.

• Damages to studio props, furniture, equipment & anything inside the studio will result in a fee. You break it you buy it!

• Use of smoke bombs or fog machines is strictly prohibited, and a $200 fine will automatically be charged to card on file, no exceptions.

• Nykole Studios is under 24-hour security video surveillance.

 

 

REFUNDS / RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS

Non-refundable full payment is required to secure rental time at the studio. No refunds are given only one (1) reschedule if it’s made at least 48 hours before the start time. The new rescheduled date needs to be given at the moment the request is made and must be within 30 days of the original date.

If a rental needs to be canceled, payment will not be refunded. Please plan accordingly.

CLEANING & TRASH

Pick up after yourself, put equipment back where you found it & take care of the space.

The renter must discard larger items, such as personal props and set pieces, in the trash. All items brought to the premises are to be removed. Items left after 3 days will be assumed abandoned and will be discarded. If the renter does not return the Nykole Studios to the order and cleanliness found when the renter arrived, Nykole Studios will charge at minimum a $80 cleaning fee to the card on file.

DAMAGE

Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to Nykole Studios property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter, or their party occupies Nykole Studios. The renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring the damaged equipment back to working condition. The renter agrees to pay for damage to the Premises including spills, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, or painted surfaces.

CONDUCT

Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Nykole Studios Premises. Renter agrees that a Nykole Studios representative will be present at all times. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal, or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require Photographer and Renter party to leave immediately. The authorities will be alerted to any illegal activities witnessed by the Nykole Studios representative. In such a case, no refund will be given for unused time.

EQUIPMENT

Nykole Studios agrees to provide equipment in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability for Renter purposes. The renter shall notify Nykole Studios representative immediately of any malfunction, damage, or other issues with the equipment. WiFi internet service is available during the rental period.
